Who we work with

Galleries & Museums

Editions of an artist’s work, reproductions of pieces in your care and the files to catalogue them, all made to one colour standard and kept for the next time you need them.

Working with a gallery

Galleries publish editions with us, museums reproduce works in their collections, and both come back for reprints. Every edition starts from a proof you approve, and each print in the run is checked against it before it leaves the studio, whether the prints are made together or a few at a time as they sell.

Tell us the size of the edition, the paper and the final size, and we will quote for the run and for later pulls.

What we take on

Edition runs

Numbered editions from a single approved master, with certificates and numbering where the edition needs them.

Reproduction and archiving

Calibrated capture of works in your care, by scanner or camera, matched to the original by eye and by measurement.

Catalogue files

The archival master stays with us, so a catalogue file or a reprint doesn’t need a fresh capture.

Exhibitions

We print the work, arrange the framing, deliver it to the venue, collect it when the show comes down and store it until it is needed again.

The right paper for the show

Paintings and work with visible texture usually suit a matte cotton rag. For contemporary photography and digital work, Hahnemühle Photo Rag Metallic adds depth and light. Canvas reproductions can be supplied loose or stretched. Every stock we print on is in the Paper Library.

Excellent and efficient as always
